Vũng Tàu City welcomes chilly December with an exciting hot-air balloon festival. As for us, we welcome December, with the restaurant reopening after a rest period for health reasons.

Although it might not be the best of times, we have received lots of support from our loyal customers who miss our uniquely warm and delicious soup amid winter’s cool breezes. To return the favour, we are excited to introduce another add-on to our beef offerings: beef rip sticks. You can enjoy this cut in combination with the traditional options of medium-rare beef, plate, brisket, tendon, shank or meatballs without any price changes!

Besides being among the most delicious beef phở restaurants in Vũng Tàu since 2019, we also regularly introduce new dishes or add-ons to our signature phở dishes for an enhanced dining experience for you, our dear customer.

Did we mention that our meatballs are unique in the combination of small pieces of chewy cartilage, giving your bites a special bounce on top of the warm pepper flavour? We didn’t? Oh well, here we are!

Phở Bát Đá Vũng Tàu always wants to introduce to you - our dear customers - new dishes that we has curated from different regions of Vietnam.

From this July, the restaurant is pleased to introduce an additional option of hand-cut arrowroot vermicelli instead of the traditional hand-cut phở noodles!

Large, hand-cut arrowroot vermicelli from Điện Biên region with the same size as rice noodles. Yet the vermicelli is soft and not as mushy as the regular vermicellies. Customers can try this special arrowroot vermicelli instead of the traditional phở noodle at only a small 10,000 VND/bowl extra.

We also sells this arrowroot vermicelli in large quantity for customers who want to use it for home-cooking. This is a delicious side dish for a crab hotpot. We can also make crab hotpot with hand-cut arrowroot vermicelli if you order in advance. Moreover, this vermicelli is also suitable for making chicken soup and bone soup, or for making stir-fried vermicelli for daily meals.

March with some last bouts of chillness brings about our new offer of delicious porridge with minced pork, minced beef, oyster or minced pigeon!
Not only a warm option for these chilly days, families with small children can also order this as a safer option than our signature phở in hot stone bowls.
Our porridges will be served at 30,000 VND each starting this Saturday 05/03/2022!

In April, we will also introduce crab soup, beef hot pot and sauté Turkey with lemongrass and chilli. Come give it a try!

From December 2020, Phở Bát Đá Vũng Tàu also introduces meat from deboned turkey drumsticks. When cooked just-done, the meat becomes tender yet slightly bouncy to the bite, bringing a fun and interesting dining experience. Have you ever tried this brand new fusion?

Depend on your personal preference, you can choose traditional types of beef such as medium-rare, plate, brisket, tendon or meatballs. We can also add in extra slides of beef shank, especially boneless shank/knuckle. This is the leanest, most tender, and most expensive part.
