July comes with so many exciting news. As the travel industry resumes, we are eager to introduce a new noodle option for our current phở noodle soup: Arrowroot Vermicelli Noodles (miến dong).
Hand-cut arrowroot vermicelli noodles from Điện Biên province is solf but not easily-breakable like normal vermicelli noodles. Replacing the normal phở noodles with this arrowroot vermicelli noodles will add an extra 10,000 VND/bowl.
You can also buy this noodle to cook at home. This is the perfect companion for a sea crab hot pot. Furthermore, this arrowroot vermicelli noodle is also suitable for chicken soup, bone soup or stir-fried dishes for daily meals.
On top of this, we are starting to sell blended coffee beans served in a filter or instant milk coffee at 15,000 VND/cup.
March with some last bouts of chillness brings about our new offer of delicious porridge with minced pork, minced beef, oyster or minced pigeon!
Not only a warm option for these chilly days, families with small children can also order this as a safer option than our signature phở in hot stone bowls.
